1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Selluni (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Selluni platform (the “Service”), and your rights over that data. Selluni is a multi-tenant commerce platform: where we handle data about merchants and our own site visitors, we act as the controller; where merchants collect data from their own customers (“End Customers”) through their stores, the merchant is the controller and we act as a processor on their behalf (see Merchants & End Customers below). The effective date of this Policy is June 16, 2026.

2. Information We Collect

Account & contact information: name, email address, password, and business name.
Billing information: plan and billing contact; full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
Store & usage data: store configuration, products, settings, and how you use the Service.
End-customer data: personal data that merchants collect from their customers and process through Selluni.
Device & log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: as described below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to provide, operate, and improve the Service; process subscriptions and billing; provide support; secure the Service and prevent fraud; send service and (where permitted) marketing messages; and analyze usage. Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on one or more legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service, your consent (for example, for certain cookies or marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary (to sign you in and keep your session secure), functional (to remember your preferences), and analytics (to measure and improve usage). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the Service works. Each Merchant Store may set its own cookies, which are controlled by the merchant and covered by that store's own cookie and privacy notices.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and sub-processors that host or help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers), with payment processors to handle payments, where required to comply with law or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. The Service may also link to other sites, including Merchant Stores, whose privacy practices we do not control.

6. Merchants & End Customers

When a merchant collects personal data from its customers through a Selluni Store, the merchant is the controller and Selluni acts as a processor, handling that data only on the merchant's documented instructions and not for our own purposes such as marketing. The merchant decides how long End Customer data is kept and is responsible for its own privacy and cookie notices and for responding to End Customer requests. A Data Processing Agreement is available to merchants on request. If you are an End Customer, please contact the relevant Store about its use of your data.

7. Retention, Security & International Transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, and each Store's data is logically separated so that one merchant cannot access another's. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including Vietnam, where we are based; for international transfers we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise them, email support@selluni.com; we may need to verify your identity, and if we process data on a merchant's behalf we will forward your request to that merchant. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
